Novotel Bali Nusa Dua

Great location and beautiful pool. Spacious accommodation. Friendly staff and great breakfast. No hot water tap in sink in kitchen and no plug in sink. Had to wash up dishes in saucepan with water from bathroom. Leaking from shower all around bath.

Very nice facilities and room staff super friendly and helpful and professional. Kitchen area of our room could be refresh or upgraded but overall still nice.

The property is dated, however that said the staff make an solid effort to make your stay pleasant.

Nice family place

Booked for 2 adult, 2 kids, 1 infant. was provided 1 king bed, 1 sunbed in the dining area. at 10pm, called the lobby, they had to bring sheets/blanket so that someone could sleep on the couch. My son & I have allergies to dustmites. Within 30 min of being in the room, we had red, itchy eyes, and sneezing. Luckily there was a pharmacy at the Bali Collection that i could get some antihistamines. The pool was enjoyable if you like 30-32deg. Definitely with the Bali heat, you could reduce it to 27deg /-. Shuttle to the beach club was convenient. Just drinks served at beach club, not meals. Shuttle to Bali Collection was convenient. It was advertised they carry Tandem bicycles, but after we booked, they did not exist, only bicycles with baby seats (unt 2yrs old). Food was reasonably priced similar to Australian food prices. Staff were friendly, but proper training could take customer service to the next level.

Most amazing thing about this hotel is its staff. They never hesitate to great and smile. we had a wonderful 7 days there!!

Overall the stay at Novotel Nusa Dua was good. The location was convenient for the Bali Collection and there were also a number of supermarkets, ATMs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room we booked (2 Bed with private pool) could probably do with being updated but it was clean and comfortable. The communal pool was fine with plenty of sun loungers and attentive staff and a life guard on duty (which no other resort in Bali had during our holiday staying at 3 different properties). The upper part of the pool was much busier than the lower part which was where we were. The main restaurant had a good breakfast selection and was decent quality and plentiful. There were a lot of flies however which was unpleasant. Whilst understandable to a degree being an open sided space, there were no obvious flies anywhere else in the resort. Overall a good stay, which my family of 5 enjoyed.

This hotel is located in a beautiful quiet, safe and friendly area. Walking distance to shopping strip including great new supermarket, restaurants and market stalls. Staff are so very obliging, as are most Balinese people.
