So so like it

We total stayed there 4 nights. 2 nights we booked directly with the hotel n 2 nights with hotels.com. 2 nights no house keeping. 2nd night n 3 night asked for housekeeping n both times showed up at 5:30 pm when we came back from a long day out. Finally cleaned on the 4th night n next day we have to leave. Indoor swimming charged euro12.50 for 2 persons. Safe deposit charged euro3 per day. They never tell people upfront. Any charges they have to show on their advertising n give people options n agreed

We stayed 5 nights in October. I would give 4 stars only for the lobby of the hotel not rooms as they are dated with tired furniture. Housekeeping service not good, on our second day we had lady coming to clean the room around 6pm which is not acceptable and we never experienced this in any other hotel we stayed in Portugal, this continued for the rest of our stay.. only towels changed and bed made, that was it. They never bothered to clean anything in the room and this is not a service you expect from 4 star hotel! If you plan to stay there be prepared to pay for the safe use in your room plus deposit of 20 euros for beach towel, again this is something we never experienced in other 4 star hotels in Portugal or other countries. Staff in the reception and restaurant were friendly, breakfast is good if you book this option. Hotel is close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Lovely stay at this hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and is beautifully furnished. Check in very quick. Staff informed us of covid restrictions in the area. Breakfast was great. The pancakes and croissants were the best I have had! Lots of fresh food available. Guests required to wear mask and gloves for self service which was good. Pool area was nice and well maintained. Pool is open until 7. It had a relaxed vibe. There is a garden area with sun loungers so plenty of room. The apartment was a nice layout with doors to pull across for the bedroom and kitchen if required. The rooms were made up every day. The restaurant and spa were closed durimg our stay due to covid restrictions. Location-there are restaurants nearby and shops. It is about a 10 minute walk from the strip. Also about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a bus stop directly outside which we used to connect to Quarteira, Albufeira bus terminal and the marina. I would recommend staying at this hotel. They have good covid precautions in place and it is very clean. Also with restrictions in Albufeira all restaurants were forced to close at 3.30 at weekends so it was great staying here as we had our own kitchen to make dinner.

Stayed in ground floor apartment. Not what we requested. Asked to change was told not possible no availability even though people were checking out. Very noisy in the morning with cleaners and maintenance. Ask for late checkout(just an extra hour) was told again not possible. Not very helpful in trying to make our stay as relaxing as possible

Spotless modern rooms ,Lobby and bar area , quiet pool friendly staff more of a couples hotel and was for a more mature age group didnt see many kids there at all but if looking for a relaxed quiet hotel then this is it

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel. Great pool, we were there during high season and never had a problem getting a bed. Breakfast is lovely, quality items and always fresh. Only issue was distance from old town, getting ubers will add up

Will be back!

Beautiful hotel with excellent location- very close to the beach and strip. Great choice for breakfast and staff were always helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back for a third visit!
