Good hotel at good location

The room size was ok for three people. The bed and pillows were plush and comfy. Breakfast buffet was ok. 10-15 min walk to Plaza Nueva. We walked to Albaicin and Alhambra. Great overall stay.

This hotel is in a very walkable area, with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy to get to from the highway and very close to multiple parking garages. The beds are very comfortable with multiple pillows. Room service is available and the rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly. We did not hear any noise from the street even though the hotel is in a downtown area! Wonderful place to stay.

My partner and I stayed at the Granada Occidental for three nights for a long weekend break. It's a perfectly serviceable hotel (located a five minute walk from the town centre) whose qualities will be familiar to anyone used to middle-tier Spanish accommodation -- it is very clean and modern, if uninspiring, and the facilities, whilst fine, are basically limited to rooms plus dining. The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are reasonably spacious and well equipped. We opted not to take breakfast there due to the cost - there's plenty of places locally where you can get a good breakfast for a lower price. In addition to the dining room, there is a bar/cafe of sorts for drinks and snacks, though due to the peculiar tendency of many Spanish businesses to close on Mondays, we didn't get time to try it out. Overall, this is a well-appointed and well-kept place to park yourself for a break in Granada, providing you're expecting anything more from a hotel than a room and dining facilities.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, the walk into plaza nueva was around 20 mins with a push chair

There were a couple of maintenance issues otherwise it was fine. Wish they had a concierge to arrange travel in this historic city.

Good rooms with very comfortable beds. Bathroom bigger than most hotels of this type and a good properly functioning shower. We enjoyed our stay but beware they charge €18 per day for car parking. Not impressed with that.

Well kept property not far from the city centre. Staff is friendlly too. However, vegetarian breakfast choice was limited .
