Great hotel with extremely helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay, the only issue we had was the pillows were to soft for our liking. But we are finding the same issue everywhere.

We were extremely happy with our stay, the hotel and the service were exceptional, the beds are very comfortable the facilities are perfect!!!. All the staff we spoke with were very helpful, friendly and very professional. A very comfortable and pleasant stay right next to the Christmas markets!!!🎄🎄

A perfect one night stay for our visit to the Dresden Christmas Market. The hotel is in a great location, across from the Frauenkirche. We enjoyed the friendly service, large modern room, complimentary snacks, and full breakfast. The hotel lobby is impressive, making the experience special from the moment we entered. We now have a place to return when we are ready to visit Dresden again.

Overall very nice hotel and curtious, helpful staff. Room was small for 3 people. The shower wall/tike grout needs to be updated due to less than clean appeal.

Everytime we come to Dresden, we stay at the Steigenberger. 1. Location: The hotel is right in the pedestrian area across the Frauenkirche. During the summer time, they have a sitting area right in front of the hotel where you can enjoy the city life while drinking a cappuccino and eating some delicious cake. 2. Room's: They just renovated their rooms and they look great. The new bathroom has a walk in shower with rain fall shower. Depending on your booking, the room comes with free coffee (Nespresso espresso machine), free snacks and drinks. Rhere are many other upscale hotels near by, but We prefer the Steigenberger.
