Hotel Ronda Lesseps

The hotel was ok and in a nice location. When I checked in I parked in the hotel car park at an extortionate charge of 25€ a night. I presumed that the amount would be just charged to my account - the surly receptionist never indicated otherwise. Later when I attempted to leave I couldn’t get out and had to go to reception again. The same surly receptionist then informed me that I hadn’t paid the 25€ as if I was a mind reader

Nice clean rooms Friendly staff Wish that the bathroom door was not glass as it did make it awkward sharing the room

Service was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and room service were delicious. However, the rooms could use an update. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in the next room and outside. The vents were so dusty, that it was difficult to breathe. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning.

Fabulous hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds. Great food. Great location for me.

The hotel was fantastic as were the staff. If we needed any advice or assistance they provided it.

Good location-metro station nearby.All staff I met during my stay are all friendly.The room is a good size.Decent choices for breakfast breakfast.The only issue is sometimes I can hear when there are people talking or someone cleaning the hallway and the cars outside(my room was in 3rd floor facing the main road.

It is a good feeling for them. All was OK. They are very friendly, they smile and find a solution for you.
