Relaxing end to the trip

Hotel was exactly as described. Great family friendly place with a couple jungle gyms for the kids right by the pool and restaurant. Multiple pools of different temperatures to choose from. Food was pretty good as well. Room was quite basic as I read in multiple reviews, but that was fine. Beautiful view of the volcano from much of the property including from our patio. Patio jacuzzi would have been amazing except it was just too darn hot. Not even safe for a child to go in. But we still sat in the rain with our legs in the jacuzzi while our son napped, so it was relaxing. Close to La Fortuna and other Arenal activities. We went to Tabacon Hot Springs for half day including lunch which was fantastic.

Best kept secret in Arenal!!!! Rooms were comfy and having the thermal springs right there was amazing after a hot day doing adventures

No so outstanding service.

Great location! Some great service, unless you are a Spanish speaking person. We arrived to breakfast and the hostess change her attitude as soon as we started talking to her in Spanish. Same thing happened the second day. Everyone else we had any contact with was great and helpful.

I enjoyed the beauty and quiet surroundings. The bar and eating facilities were really nice. I loved all the pool facilities, the swim-up bar, and the private thermal. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The guests were pleasant and interesting. It was a very relaxing get away and i would recommend it to all those who like to have a quiet, relaxing, peaceful experience surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna and exotic birds.

There was a walking trail around the property, and some unique birds who lived on the grounds. The pools were nice, and not overly crowded. Breakfast was great, and nice to have a dining option on the grounds.

The hot springs were very nice and relaxing, pool was very nice. Enjoyed the view of the volcano while swimming and soaking. Beautiful property with lots of games to keep the kids entertained.

Hotel and room spot less and nice , stayed one night. Not enough, enjoyed the morning nature trail , and great location , hot springs Awesome, would definitely like to return

This is a very well maintained property with beautiful landscaping throughout the property. The pool and thermal spas are very nice. Volcano Lodge is in a great location with an easy drive to the areas attractions.
