Hotel Morales Historical & Colonial Downtown Core

My stay was jus for one night but I absolutely love everything.Tje nicest friendly hotel stuff I will definitely recommend this to everyone ❤️

Awesome location and great old school rooms!

At first the check in was great, they helped us get our luggage up and offered us welcome drinks. However, we ended up changing our rooms because the WiFi was not working in one side of the building as it’s a historical building. So if you plan to work remotely most of the time, you should request the top floor.

This hotel is a few short blocks from the cathedral and several mercados. The location is excellent. I appreciated being able to watch a few TV channels in English after I was finished my sightseeing. There was WiFi in the room but the signal wasn't super strong. I loved the interior courtyard. It was beautiful. The staff were very helpful with suggestions and extra bottles of water.

Our flight got cancelled didn't make it to Guadalajara or the hotel! Arrived the next morning and took a taxi to our final destination. I could not call hotel with so much stress. THEY STILL CHARGED US. Very disappointed.

Very beautiful hotel and located in a great area close to everything. They keep the place very clean and COVID safe. They even have a guard at the door for extra security. They assisted with transportation. Highly recommend this Hotel. We will book our future stays with them.
