Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing

Great location for shopping and dining. No free parking onsite. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Great stay!

The stay was amazing. The only problem that we had was that the room was not as clean as it could have been. Behind the sofa was not swept and the floor looked like it did not been mopped properly and the kitchen area. Other than that, the service was amazing, the room was phenomenal, and the overall stay was enjoyable. This is definitely a hotel that we will stay at again I know my kids enjoyed it, it was a really great experience.

The hotel itself was amazing it's so beautiful. The workers were nice. But the amount you have to pay for parking and then plus a $50 fee on top of that you are not told about until you get there is not a way

This stay was very disappointing. My husband and I stayed 2 nights for our honeymoon. The person checking us in did not have her mask over her mouth or nose. She did not seem very knowledgeable about the room. Additionally, we were charged $15 a day to self park. Everything I read said it would be $13 a day. The price for the room was a total of $379. We were charged $479. That is $100 in taxes and fees. The in room coffee was disgusting, our cup was full of grounds. We will NOT stay here again and I DO NOT recommend wasting your money to stay here.

Patio doors leaked, floor wet. Never could get clean towels. Otherwise very good stay. Great location, friendly staff, just did ever bring towels.

My family and I thought that this would be fun place to stay since it’s on Branson Landing with all the shopping and restaurants. I couldn’t have been more wrong. First of all if I’m spending $200 a night for a room I have certain expectations. When we arrived, our condo was not ready and we had to wait for about 45 minutes. When we got to our room, we found that there were no paper towels, No rags for the kitchen, and a couple of the hardwood floor planks were loose that we stubbed our toes on. The hot water in the unit was terrible. Lukewarm at best. When we called to have them take a look at it we were told that it’s that way because there’s only a 50 gallon water heater in each unit. Sounds like a Hilton problem not our problem. We literally had to pick and choose who was going to take a shower or a bath. Within called down multiple times for extra bath towels and they were finally delivered on the third request. More than likely we will not stay there again. There are better hotel-condo accommodations in Branson. The highlight of our stay, (yes there was one) Was that the staff was awesome. Even though we had some challenges they never responded with an attitude, they were all very pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location and is very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My only negative is the beds were terribly uncomfortable and my wife and I both woke up hurting both mornings. Mentioned it to a couple in the elevator and they said the same thing.
