Outstanding clean !

Big room. Pool closed. Good alternative to breakfast with a grab and go lunch.

The place was clean and staff were most accommodating. The renovation on the floor above was annoying but tolerable.

The room next to was too loud.

We had to leave at 6:30 I wish breakfast would have been earlier but there was fruit so that was nice

Staff was non existent, my wife and 2 small children along with an elderly guest were stuck in a broken elevator for 15 minutes. They rang the alarm and front desk repeatedly and no help ever came. The phone was broken inside the elevator. Eventually, another hotel guest opened the door from the outside. Later that day they put an out of order sign on the door making it difficult to get our luggage to the car from the 3rd floor. Will not be returning to that hotel.

Staff was wonderful. But ice machine was out of ice most of our stay. We have stayed at this hotel before and it’s always a good place to stay.

Nice and quiet place with comfy bed and pillows and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel- clean and the staff was friendly. Main complaint is that the floors seem very poorly constructed so you hear every noise from the floor above.

The hotel location is great, check in was easy and staff was nice. It just felt short of excellent because I found peanuts under my bed. It’s minor but it makes me wonder what else was not clean.
