Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing

Park Plaza was good. The location is, in my opinion, excellent! The staff was ok. It seemed that any time i asked for something, (maybe 2 times?), they seemed annoyed. The restaurants close early in my opinion, then again its my understanding that Beijing is not a late night spot. I had put "do not disturb" on my door, and my room was cleaned anyways... can be a positive however you look at it. I really didnt want anyone in my room and my wish was not accommodated. The food is just OK. I might stay here again if i go back but its very standard.

Room is a bit small but amenities are good. Bathroom is big enough tho. I would definitely choose it again.

Stayed for 2 nights recently, should have checked as I just assumed they had a pool but no they haven’t. Nice bar, lounge area. Clean rooms with lovely big bath, staff very friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast. Love, love, love the teddy bears at breakfast, never seen that before. Starbucks directly opposite and so easy to access the subway.

Nice staff who were very helpful, convenient location. Rooms were a bit small, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Overall I'd stay here again.

Hotel is right on subway line and is a short walking distance of many tourist attractions. Hotel is non smoking though some people were still smoking. Breakfast was too expensive for Beijing. The hotel is a great location. We’ve stayed here twice and would again.

Very convenient location; walking distance to Forbidden City and Tian An Men square and huge shopping area for tourists. Efficient staff but curious lack of English abilities for the night bar staff. Wife speaks Mandarin and overheard very unpleasant comments when we decided to use our own airport taxi provider. OK breakfast for Westerners, but providing a plain, decent cup of coffee seems like a challenging task.

This was a comfortable hotel, in a great area, with great service. It has a nice bar in the lobby. The internet was a bit spotty, and it could use some renovations, but overall I would definitely recommend it and stay here again. There is a Starbucks right next to the hotel, which is convenient if you don't get the breakfast!

Been to Beijing many times and regent hotel is always my first choice. Good location nice room

The front desk who helped us check-in is friendly. We were given a snack voucher upon checking in to redeem a free snack from the 2F restaurant. Food was good :) Staff are friendly and patient. Hotel location is very good, very near Metro Station and shopping areas. Easy access to place of interest via Metro station.

Very pleased with this hotel , walking distance to Wangfujing shopping district, mrt are just next to the hotel , very comfortable bed and many more .. love it. I’ll recommend my friend to stay here.. highly recommended.
