Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park

Checking in got us off to great start the friendliness of the female staff member was very appreciated after a long day of traveling. Our room location was on the 3rd floor a 2 bedroom suite highly recommend this room type if traveling with children although my son is an adult it gave each of us privacy and the ability to grab something from the kitchen without disturbing each other. My only complaint on the room was the mattress was not as comfortable as I’m used to but even in other hotels I’ve had a more comfortable mattress it might just be time for them to be replaced. We had an enjoying stay we were there for 4 nights I will likely stay there when we travel to Aurora again. Oh I should also mention good food options within walking distance for couples and family’s.

Check in was easy and all the front desk associates were friendly and knowledgable. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Good value. With the covid situation, there was no good breakfast, just banana, granola bar and coffee but I'm guessing during normal times the breakfast is much more substantial.

The property was great, it was nice and the room itself was very nice for our stay. The man shaun at the front desk was very nice and accommodating and helpful. The only downside i would say is the random weed smoking and the smell coming into our hotel room. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay

The room was spacious and had a fully equipped Kitchen The services stated in the listing was not correct There was no Airport Shuttle available. No continental breakfast. You get a Granola bar and a cup of coffee. The pool and gym was closed. No daily housekeeping. You must clean your own room and go to the lobby for towels. They are only providing a room and nothing more. Most of the Residence Inn staff have been terminated and a small amount left to operate the Inn You are not provided what you pay for. Did not experience a welcome feeling staying at the Residence Inn for 7 days. The garbage was not picked up in the Hallways or outside garbage containers. Bed sheets left out on the floor in the hallway for two days and refuge from the rooms. Not a good experience staying there.

Shawn was A-Mazing as a host he met every need we had and was very kind during this very troubling time with Covid19 and all. We stayed 2 weeks and it was great, thank you all!

The suite was very comfortable. The pool and gym were closed due to covid-19 safety measures. There were numerous restaurant options within walking distance. I would definitely choose this property again in the future.

Marriott in general is using the covid 19 as an excuse to not provide what are the normal and expected services. Breakfast is a granola bar very small orange and coffee. Even shorten the hours. Take the coffee away. Can’t ya leave out all day. No airport shuttle. No housekeeping. Not even an offer to change towels n remove trash. I had to take the garbage down to the 1st floor n put into a bin. Rooms not properly stocked to use the kitchen. Yet they are charging the usual rates. Stayed at Hyatt Place for 2 days. 110% better. Marriott is sadly lacking!!!

Really appreciated the front desk staff that worked with us at checkout as our plane was delayed twice. They were super helpful when we needed more pillows, towels and sheets for the sleeper sofa. The bummer was that because of the Chinese Communist Party's covid19, the pool was closed, whereas other properties had their pool open.
