Grapetree Bay Hotel & Villas

The property was right on the beach and the sound of the crashing waves was relaxing. The pool was refreshing and the staff was absolutely stellar.

If you want seclusion and a less commercialized location to relax-this is it!! The rooms are large with a clean and simple open design-very nice rooms. The restaurant food is very good and would highly recommend. The owners and staff are working very diligently to renovate the villas..and are bringing this property back to life! I would recommend stopping at a market to pick up a few snacks and drinks to keep in your rooms kitchenette for when the bar/restaurant is not open! I will definitely return!

The hotel is still being renovated and there is nothing close to it besides a casino. It’s on the east end of the island which is inconvenient because everything to do is on the west end. Taxis weren’t always available. It’s best to get rental car. The restaurant on the premise isn’t open all the time or everyday. The hotel is really nice. And the view is beautiful

The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the view is gorgeous. But it’s in the middle of nowhere and if you don’t have a car, you’re stuck because taxis are crazy expensive. I don’t really trust the food because my boyfriend got food poisoning after eating at that bar.

Grape tree was very nice the locals and all the staff were very welcoming great location I even went on a hike the food was also great i highly recommend this place

Supposed to be 2 restaurants and 3 bars... basically food only available the day we got there and an overpriced brunch the next day. No other food available! Bar was barely open and closed down early except for the day we came in. Continental breakfast never included any croissants...only some untoasted english muffins. The room was huge, clean and view was gorgeous. Daisy as concierge was wonderful!! Definitely get a rental car if staying here as nothing is close and taxi's are outrageous.

Room was ok, but hotel not well located, beach is useless. No restaurant just bar with limited menu. No cleaning included. Very poor included breakfast. Croissant included not fresh.

No staff / felt like a ghost hotel We arrived in the afternoon - there were no restaurants open on property or taxis to take us out to eat The only staff member was a janitor and a security guard

The room was beautiful, the bed was new and very comfortable. The balcony was large overlooking the shore. We were surprised that a continental breakfast was included and delivered right to the room. I had no idea that there were croissants that delicious on St Croix! We also had a great lunch in restaurant. All in all it was a great stay, the staff was wonderful, the food and room were perfect!
