Marriott Hartford Downtown

It was fine, everything was well laid out and easy to follow

We had to order food from restaurant which was delivered to room. Salmon looked to have been defrosted. It was very rubbery. My daughters burger sane thing. Staff very nice but no restaurant open, couldn’t order a glass of wine with dinner. We had stayed night before in Boston which was wonderful so very disappointed.

Wish ee had more towels service was great though

Only complaint is the pool being crowded with kids and the windows being really dirty. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was a nice place, but be prepared for the $50/ day incidental fee and the $20+/ day parking fees. If I were in Manhattan, I wouldn't mind, that's normal. But, in Connecticut, that's unusual and a lot. Compared to another Marriott, just a few miles away, without the aforementioned charges. But, I was grateful that they had their pool open. 👍👍👍

Not as fabulous as the price would of made you think

High price for a less then average oom. Through in free parking for heavens sake. It's not like your over crowdwd.

The sheets on one bed had some kind of stain and the room had an odor. Also the river view that was advertised wasn't in the room I received

It’s my 3rd stay there when I go see my daughter at school The staff does a great job The lobby and rooms are amazing Love the pool and gym It’s the total package It also close to everything we love in Hartford
