Comfortable stay. Good place to visit in Valencia

Comfortable stay. Only negative was a not so great room service meal that arrived quite cold and dry, but as it was late we opted not to request a replacement. However, the front desk kindly removed the charge at check out. Friendly staff and good service overall.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. Speak very good English and very efficient to provide directions. Great buffet. Parking space is plenty and big. This is a great hotel and we will stay again next time being back. We stayed during pandemic and there are not many people.

Great hotel, easy parking & superb travel links

Fab hotel, very easy to find - fall off the end of the CV35 & it's infant of you ! I was in an oversized van, but found plenty of "safe" on street parking within 3 mins walk - good advice from Peter on reception for that. Very helpful & nice staff & will certainly use Melia again. The old city is currently having a new water ring main installed - very noisy & dusty everywhere, but still a lovely city - better when it's all finished

Ridiculous!!!!

It was an accidental reservation made over seas and I was told I wouldn't receive my refund to my card. Literally tried cancelling with in 20 minutes. Spoke to both the hotel and Hotels.com...

Never again!

This was not so good experience. It was a combination of business and a couple of days to relax. Room service after hours was terrible. no real food choices but extremely expensive. on a morning the cleaning staff would give one knock and immediately walk in after. extremely rude and intrusive. upon check out we had a receptionist that was a robot, seemed extremely annoyed at any question I asked. We asked for some guidance on key eat out places for our requirements, but we just got general info that was useless to us. not helpful at all. At the price and star-rating of the hotel, we expected a walk-in-shower, but it was very basic rather than an updated facility. Dry cleaning was extremely expensive. We had a smoking room, but it wasn't freshend up each day as one normally has in a 4 star hotel.

Perfect Layover Hotel

This was the perfect place to collect myself after a week in Marrakech before my flight to Portugal. Close to the airport with 2 metro lines that brought me downtown to explore Valencia. There is a self-service laundry about a 15 minute walk from the hotel too! Had a great night sleep here.

A modern and beautiful hotel. However, the fitness room was dark, poorly equipped, underutilized and not lighted properly. Also, please note there is no swimming pool - no fault of Expedia, I made this choice. Last...it is a bit remote from most of the sights, interesting places, again, my choice (short notice trip, many places booked). For the money, a really nice choice, great breakfasts and outstanding staff!
