Our carpet had crumbs on it and bathroom floor was kind of sticky. Room mirror was full of smudge grossness. So we while our room was nice, it could have been cleaned better before we arrived

Think again!

Fortunately I read the reviews ahead of time so I was prepared. The staff was friendly but there was one person manning everything including the desk and breakfast at check out time. The shower was Luke warm at best. There were no pool towels we brought our own reading the reviews ahead of time. The hot tub was so overall treated with chemicals the minute you turned on the jets your eyes would burn. The pool was cold. The slide was fun but you are on your own. The room was outdated.

Property was okay. Not great, but not bad. Room was clean. But we were VERY disappointed to find out the slide was closed. Apparently it's only open on weekends after 5pm. There are hundreds of hotels we could have chosen...we picked this one because of the slide. Our kids were not happy they couldn't use the slide, especially since it's just sits there unused the whole time they went swimming. Speaking of which...NO towels for swimming. Also -- we booked a room for six and there were nowhere near enough towels. When we asked for more, they made us feel like we were being excessive. There were also signes of the floor beginning to fall in around the hot tub and pool area. Again, rooms were nice and clean. But the slide is a big deal. Their explanation was that if we had booked on their own website, we would have seen that it was closed...that travelocity and experian and other sites don't show that info. That sounds like a stupid excuse to me...don't send them pictures of the slide then. It's highly misleading. Also -- the breakfast was okay but offered very little choice. All in all...I'd say it's fine to stay so long as you don't expect much...I've definitely stayed in much worse. But the pool and lack of customer service really left a negative taste in our mouths.

The pool was my major reason for booking. No pool towels were available. Food and Beverage containers, left over food in the pool area.The chlorine smell was overwhelming they had to open a door to the pool area to mitigate the smell. kids skin and eyes burning. Dusty on all surfaces of the room. There were no mattress covers on the mattresses which is not cool in my book. understaffed in the morning, Evening staff need customer service training. one young gal was very nice though. property should be cleaned or check on throughout busy times to ensure a clean environment. Room attendants need to be quality check or have quality standards for the level of cleanliness. Most important to me is the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The dust, no mattress covers really made the room less than expected.

Good enough

The water temperature in the room was very touchy, we had to reset the keys everyday, always having to go ask for room and pool towels, and there was some dirty aspects of the room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was not kept up very well and both mornings the coffee had so many grounds in it there was no drinking it at all.
