Nice hotel. Great location. Management/ Service?

Check in is at 4pm but we disembarked from our cruise in the a.m. Service desk found us a room as requested when we arrived 6 hrs early. Good deal! Next morning we were awaken by maintenance wanting to paint. Said room was supposed to be vacant. He left and front desk called asking for our name. Seems they hadn't noted our assigned room in their system. Same thing happened next day with housekeeping. The following day we heard a commotion down the hall and another couple just arriving were going to their room only to walk in on another couple that was already assigned that same room. Also, there was no casual chair in our room. Chair at desk but in the corner of room was a lamp and an end table but an empty spot for a chair. Asked twice for chair. When they finally brought one it was broken... had been stapled together and came apart when sat in. They then brought a computer chair😡. Cleanliness of room was ok but needs improvement. On a good note.. the location was great for us as it is not in the thick of the strip and was a bit quieter and the restaurant, Wild Thymes, is excellent, pricey, but good, food was great.

Horrible hotel

I would have to say my experience with this hotel was a horrible one. They gave me the wrong room and wouldn’t do anything to accommodate their the mistake on their end. I paid for early check in and they considered early check in 3 and not 4. I would recommend the Conrad, W, or four seasons. You pay the same but two diff experiences

Absolutely loved my stay at the Atlantic hotel and spa. The room was spacious and comfortable. The downside is, for the price you’re paying, there should be designated chairs and umbrella on the beach from hotel, instead, you have to go to valet and they bring these dingy Umbrellas and chairs and barely have enough for guests. Nearby hotel has chairs and umbrella for their guests for free. Also, there should be coffee/breakfast/cafe to go like most high end resorts. Had to keep walking over to Starbucks or next hotel to pick up bagels and iced coffee.

This is our second time staying at The Atlantic. Love the location, the views, and the amenities, as well as the ease of travel from the airport to the ocean! We had the best couples massage and relaxed at the Sky Bar. A wonderful weekend getaway we would return to again and again!

We had to book this hotel suddenly there was an issue with another hotel we book and we didn’t regret it! We stayed on the 12th floor with an ocean view. The room was great, clean, had a small kitchen with all you need to cook food yourself, we only made tea and coffee in the morning though because there are amazing restaurants 100 feet away in each direction. The hotel is pricey but compared to the other hotels nearby - the price was reasonable. I loved the water pressure in the shower, did not want to get out of it :)

Great relaxing place

Excellent relaxing view from the balcony. The valet was prompt and professional. Food was reasonably priced. The coffee in the room is excellent. This is usually a pet peeve of mine, it really made my morning. This is a pricey place but you will get what you pay for, especially with how expensive even the most basic hotel in the area is. Stay more than one night so you take in what they have

Fantastic hotel! From the moment you walk in to the front door the lobby smells amazing. Staff are professional and welcoming. Our room was a two queen , ocean view room that was perfect. Just a few minor things our refrigerator did not work very well should be replaced. The room was very spacious good beds and marvelous sheets and towels. The room only had one desk chair , one more chair in the room would make it much more comfortable on those rainy cool days when sitting on the marvelous balcony wasn’t possible. One more thing . This hotel does not have their own chaise lounges on the beach. You can get a beach chair and towels and carry them to the beach. If you want a lounge chair and umbrella you can rent them from the hotel next door for around 50$ a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. We would come here again and again !!
