Town & Tide Inn

Check in was easy, property was well maintained and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Overall a great time! Easy walk to the beach and cliff walks!

What a quaint and friendly B&B right in the middle of Newport. Conveniently located and reasonably priced, we’d definitely stay here again.

Very near to all activities, such as, the mansions, going to Easton beach, Cliff Walk and going to the Newport Winery. The staff is very accommodating we were able to do early check in. Lisa was fabulous in giving us a few tips about the area. What we loved about our stay is that there was a white noise machine available too. The shed was a nice touch to just relax and sip wine. Breakfast was delicious and ample. Very accommodating, they even had almond milk.

Checking in was a breeze and Lisa was so friendly and accommodating. The room were clean and beyond my expectations. Very comfortable and homelike feel, which makes it more enjoyable. The location was great because I like to walk and everything was within walking distance. Plenty of parking and their patio area was like hanging out in your back yard. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and looking forward to more stay in the future.

My girlfriend and I had a great 4th of July weekend at the Town & Tide Inn! The inn is perfectly located in between Easton Beach and downtown, so it is easy to stash your car and get around on foot. All the staff were fantastic and really made the stay feel like home. I wish I could start every morning eating breakfast in their amazing garden. Looking forward to our next visit!
