Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Fairgrounds

For the first time in I don't know how long, loved the stay, very clean, very well maintained, breakfast was what i would expect, pool and hot opened and clean and following strict covid protocol. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in past couple years. Some with gross violations, some with bugs, hair everywhere, not good for a lot more $ and this place was great. I've complained to hotels.com and to the hotels themselves with no recourse offered. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area, no guess work. It's great

Just a quick overnight while we were going from point a to point b. Nice hotel.

Certain features were not available due to Covid. We specifically searched for places with a hot tub. Did not find out until after check in it was closed.

Odd location. Jacuzzi closed. Clean. Tiny bed pillows.

Considering Covid is going on...i was very happy with their breakfast options and no movrowavable food. Also their pool was open from 7am-10pm with no appointments so that was very nice. Their pillows are the best and would love some of my own.

This hotel is out of the way but worth the stay. It was so clean and comfortable. The clerk who checked us in was friendly and competent. Would stay here again!

After a long day of motorcycle riding, it was great to find a smiling helpful Max when I checked in. His suggestion for dinner hit the spot.

Everything went well. It was exactly what we required for the night

The hotel was very clean and friendly. We were just not thrilled with the children and the pool. There must have been a party using the pool so the kids were back and forth on the elevators and through the hall. At 10pm, it was excessive.
