Magnolia Tree Hotel

The room overall was adequate as we mainly used the facility to sleep and shower. Unfortunately, our neighbors upstairs were making loud noises and running in their room until 3AM. We reported the noise and expected staff to address the issue. We did not see staff walk toward our room because they had one person staffiing the facility overnight. While the site was ok we will not be returning to this location in the future.

Decent walking distance to Toy Story Lot. Clean room, good size. Bed wasn’t that great. Too hard for us and you could feel the metal frame of the bunk bed.

Generally clean, but lack of basic items like chair, cups, kettle, etc. water is only luke warm. Overall experience is not good.

The room was very clean and spacious. We didn’t have any problems with parking and it was very quiet. We stayed on the second floor and the top step on the stairs is higher then the rest so it tripped you going up or down so you had to be very careful! I loved the room but the only place to sit was on the beds. It would have been nice to have a chair or two to sit down. Overall the staff was polite and the room was very clean.

Great hotel at budget price

Great stay . Updated rooms and clean bedding . While I didn’t have a hard time finding parking if you arrive too late you might . Parking is tight . Check in was smooth . Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.

Overall I had a good stay here. The rooms are a bit small, but since I was travelling solo it didn't bother me at all. I imagine for the room I got (king bed w/ bunk), anything more than two adults and a small child would be a bit cramped. The room was definitely clean throughout, and the staff was friendly. They accommodated what few requests I had, including when I lost my room key card. It's about 3-4 blocks away from the Anaheim Convention Center, and about a mile away from Disneyland. The bathroom seemed to be recently re-done, although it seems like it was re-done pretty quickly. (Hey, contracting can be hard. I'm certainly not one to judge.) Meaning, there were some noticeable patches of repaired drywall and it looks like it was painted hastily. Again, the bathroom was clean and pest-free, so it's a minor complaint at best.

I didn't like the fact that the beds weren't made, the bathroom wasn't cleaned and the floors weren't swept and mop.
