This hotel was right in the middle of everything within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and spacious! Great place to stay.

All was great, other than no hot water in shower.

Clean and great location

Great location and our room was like being at home. Living room kitchen bathroom and bedroom! Walk out the door and all Newport has to offer is literally right there. We will be back

we stayed right after new years bottle of captain morgan left in the cabinet and new years eve decorations. they did give us a twenty five couple to eat at the red parate across the street. because we booked it third party hard to get the night taken off. hotel is dated but tons of room in the the rooms would not rated it as surperb.

It was great. Had to wait a half hour after check in time for room to be inspected. That was fine , clean is good. Mattress in master bedroom needs replacing.u sink in a hole a bit . Not overly bad but not good . Also only one coffee cup in room. Small problem but made them aware upon checking out . But really had a great night relaxing nice location

This hotel is in a great location with free parking! We were able to walk to most places we visited and there are so many good restaurants and shopping in the area. The room was very comfortable and much bigger than the pictures show. Walls are a bit thin but we luckily only had 1 night when neighbors were loud.
