SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Lethbridge

We enjoyed our stay and would select this hotel again.

It was very modern and up to date. Brand new carpet and fresh paint

It was ok. The beds were decent. A hot tub was advertised but closed. We do not consider breakfast muffin and granola bar. The tv wouldn't work and I had to go to the lobby 3 times as I couldn't get the front desk on the phone. When the clerk got it going a cigarette rolled out when we moved the t.v.. So we won't be staying there again.

The cleanliness was great. The temperature controls in the room were awesome. I loved that the room had black out curtains. I founf thr complimentary breakfast very disappointing. Barely any selective and thr juice boxes were lukewarm.

Convenient and central location. Excellent value. Very comfortable

this was an inexpensive option; clean...next to Smittys....I would go back; recently renovated; but not quite as the room photos look; it’s all fine!

When we got to our room on the 3rd floor, it was soooo hot. The air conditioner was not on, so we turned the ac on and left the room for 1 and a half hours,.. very disappointed that the room was not ready for us.

Great location. Close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Surprisingly quiet for being in a busy area. Exceptionally clean. Fantastic staff members. We will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were so clean and comfortable the beds were comfortable. It’s in a great location close to lots of amenities.
