The Hilton on the Parkway suck

On my last night at 3am a very loud group was in the room bext to me. I called the desk 2x and even asked in the 2nd call they call PD the niise and mysuc was so loud I couldn't be the only room reporting it. The hotel didn't do anything even after I told them they tried to unlock the adjoining door!! They will never get my business at that location they failed me and my security

Almost a 10

During Covid times and Thanksgiving the stay was great with daily room service that was quick and sanitizing also a very good breakfast. . My issue is that I had to leave one day earlier than my booking. The front desk told me to contact Hotels.com. So when I did the front desk told Hotels.com that they had no record of this. So I ended up paying for a night I did not stay there.

Nice, clean, new but noisy!

We stayed three nights for a visit with family who live nearby. This hotel seems quite new (based upon the decor!) and is very clean, perhaps due to the hard edges and low-pile carpet plus large tiles in bathroom. After two nights of enduring the thumping of perhaps clog dancers above us, we complained to the desk and they promptly moved us to the upper floor. That was a great solution, except that the noise from the busy streets outside was even worse (trucks continue all night, but the cloggers went to bed at some point!). So the move was well-intentioned, but not particularly effective. When we return, we will request a room at the back of the property and on the third floor.

Bring Noise Cancelling Headphones

Hotel was okay, could've been better. The room I had was fairly clean and the staff was good. However, the walls seemed thin, you could basically hear a fart next door. My hotel was facing E. Roseville St. and across from the hospital. There were ambulance sirens all throughout the night that kept me awake. My wifi didn't work and around 12 a.m. there was an intense workout session. The couple must've been on their honeymoon.

Pretty good

Everything was good. The breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. Our room was downstairs and the hall was quite noisy, but overall it was good.

Not a good night sleep

The staff at this hotel was GREAT; and the room setup was fine; however, the hotel is on a busy street which made it very noisy at night, the hotel also is across the street from a medical facility so we hear several ambulances. The pillows are horrible which led to both my daughter and I having neck issues when we woke up. There was also a toenail on one of the "clean towels".

Hot breakfast!

Nice and clean and comfy! One of the few places where you can put in an order for a sacked breakfast or enjoy a hot meal; a rarity during these Covid times! I enjoyed a western omelette, pork sausage AND biscuits and gravy!
