Superb Hotel

I can recommend Adhi Jaya with the highest ranking. UI loved it there, from a clean and spacious room, to an ezxcellent locatoin across from Discovery Mall, to a superb and freindly staff, and a wonderful breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful and well-maintained, and guests can walk to so many places in Kuta.

We stayed in the pool access room. Pick up from airport was an added bonus our driver was waiting for us with a sign and a smile. On our arrival we were met by a very happy friendly gentleman who quickly booked us into our room. The room was large with a large bathroom and bath. The room was clean and serviced each day. There is a bar fridge and safe in room. Bed and pillows were amazing nice and soft and white clean linen.The hotel is close to restaurants and across the road from a major shopping centre. The pool and area is clean and towels are supplied. There is a swim up bar. Cocktails are made in the restaurant and brought to the pool area. Breakfast is a variety of hot (warm) dishes, toast, pastries, fruit, salad and juices. Staff ask you when you enter if you want bacon and if you want eggs and how you want them cooked. Room service is 24hrs and very helpful for the first night as we arrived late. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too my trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Stayed January 2020. Fabulous premier pool access room. Close to shopping dining and beach. Lots of options for food and shopping.

No lifts

Hand basin in bathroom has huge crack. No service from pool resto before 10am. Massage area open to public scrutiny - although it had flimsy curtains which blew away leaving customers open to view. Airport transfer offered but when I booked they wanted Rp125.000. Our room was on first floor so we climbed up stairs with luggage. Not good if you’re in yr 70s

Stay 17-11-19

We experience problems booking the hotel room directly through the hotel via their website. Unfortunately this problem wasn’t fixed in time for us so we went through Hotels.com. On previous stays at this hotel a “superior” room was classed as 2nd floor over looking the pool area. We were disappointed that on arrival we were advised our room was at the rear of the complex and that our previous room over looking the pool were classed as “pool view” and attracted a dearer rate. However the hotel staff did listen to my concerns and we were given a 2nd floor pool view room. This was greatly appreciated. Again our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic it’s a small hotel located close to all attractions. The staff were absolutely wonderful and nothing was a problem. Our stay this time did have a few young families staying and this did take away the quietness of the pool area, but you just had too time your arrival and departure at the pool to suite. Thank you again Adhi Jaya we will be back again

Love this Hotel. Been to Bali many times. This is the best! Great location.. Clean and quiet.. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about!
