Hampton Inn Kingsville

The hotel stay was a great experience, especially for the price. We felt safe in the area, even with a very late check-in. The room had a slightly stale smell but I think it was because the air was on and we changed it to heat. Convenient location right off the highway and close to Walmart was a plus.

Genevieve, at the front desk is awesome.

Room was very clean, air conditioning worked great and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I felt comfortable staying at this hotel during Covid-19 pandemic.

We loved out stay in Hampton with friendly staff, clean, comfy beds and bedding.

Main disappointment was breakfast. Was looking forward to a hot meal. Many of us are not with underlying conditions and question the pandemic hype that now has hotels only giving out lunch bag junk food. They did not even have coffee cream for your coffee. Until this changes planning to look for airb&'b for future bookings where I can have control of my breakfast.

Only complaint was noisy pipes in the wall- we were in a room beside stairwell. Mattress was comfortable, HVAC & TV good, no highway noise and large shower (no tub). Cookies and coffee in lobby were appreciated. We overslept and missed breakfast.

Great location accessible to the expressway and not too far away from the University. There were shops and stores as well as plenty of places to eat. Best hotel in Kingsville for sure
