We were excited to have a room with a view of the water. The weather did not cooperate we made it a good stay. Our room which was a little expensive which we were gladly willing to pay for the view. Our accommodations were not clean. We were super disappointed and will not stay there again when we come back to Okabogi again :(

Room was clean. Kids loved the pool area. The arcade was a joke! Tap your card to play a game, it would take your credits, but the game wouldn’t work.

Did not have WiFi in second building that we stayed in also did not have a microwave…. $250 a night resort and there isn’t a microwave or clock in the room. Also had the smallest toilet you could find… water park area is great as always but the second building not attached to the main building has a long way to go as far as what is going on in the room. Only had two towels as well.

Our bathroom was not clean, there was garbage on the bathroom floor. Pool area was ok but the whirlpool stopped working the second day we got there and stil was not fixed the next day.

Very noisy. The room next to us was a party and there was no sound barrier in our room. Will not stay at this place every again. The manager did give us a discount on our room but that does not make up for a lost night of sleep.

We’ve typically liked staying here in the past, and if you have kids, the water park area is a lot of fun for them! This stay, my husband and I did not bring our kids and just reserved a standard room with king bed. We were put in the “blue building” which is west of the main Bridges Bay hotel lobby. I was pretty disappointed as our room felt like a college dorm room. I maybe had a better college dorm room than what we were in and it’s a newer building! So that was even more surprising to me. Very little work with aesthetics, dorm room fridge on the floor, and bed was uncomfortable. Was extremely basic. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for the price we paid for the room. So sadly, pretty disappointed in our stay.

This was a disappointment. Check in was good and went good. Our room was nice and ready to go. But the issue was they are short staffed. We stayed for two days and pool and water park area was never open. Part of paying for the room was two passes for the pool area and we never even got to use them. We also ate the restaurant and the food was not great either. Some of the food was burnt. Not sure I would stay again here. We did feel bad for the staff. They were nice as you can expect with shortage of people.
