The Skirvin Hilton Oklahoma City

Very friendly staff! Mike and Jeff took very good care of us. Beautiful hotel and comfortable, clean room.

No coffee pods in the room. Ice bucket was outside the door. Not in quite as nice shape as it used to be. :(

Hotel was plenty nice with lots of old charm and beauty. Our particular room was very noisy on both nights for different reasons and we did not get the best nights sleep because of the noise. Really, really soft mattress, too soft for me.

The not so good was the couple next door were fighting loudly early...

Biggest negative bright light shine right in our room all night. Looked like it was still daylight outside even though it was midnight. Parking over priced for type of parking.

Checkin was easy and great. When we got to our room we realized we didn’t have robes so called the front desk and some were brought to us BUT they didn’t have a belt on one. In the morning we realized there was no coffee in the room. When we asked they claimed it was due to COVID and would bring some up. We have been in hotels all over the country and have never experienced this. We loved the environment, hot tub was great and the bar/restaurant was great that evening.

Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service and facilities. The workout room was very nice too. I didn't try to the restaurant but it looked very clean and had a nice vibe.

Great view and great people! My girlfriend and I showed up as a last minute trip with no planning looking like the Beverly Hillbillies but were treated as if we rolled up looking like a million bucks. I have stayed at a lot of upscale hotels that don't provide that when I roll up in my blue collar attire. A+ all around.

The Skirvin has been our go to for a very long time. We have always loved it, and overall we still do. However, it's starting to look like it needs a bit of care. There were scuffs on the walls (I understand that somewhat) and the baseboards look very beat up (I understand that too). It just looks like it needs a bit of clean up, and I wasn't impressed with some of the cleaning. However, my daughter left her coat and they were so kind in returning it to us via mail.

Beautiful lobby but room was very small. Bathroom was large though. If we would have had time, I would have upgraded to a larger room or at least one that didn’t face a brick wall so the window could have been opened. The tv blocked half of the window. Pool was small but nice. The pandemic had the occupancy down so not sure why we were placed in that room. Breakfast was wonderful and all the staff were attentive and friendly. We had to request bathrobes that took a very long time to arrive.
