We stayed here one night as part of our 'tour' to visit several towns in Guanajuato. The front desk staff was excellent. Check-in and check out was a breeze. A day after we left, while in Guanajuato, I realized I left one of my favorite dresses at the hotel. I called and they said they were going to check with the staff who worked in our room after we left it. Phone connection was not good for me, so i was not able to speak with them again, but four days later on our way to the airport, we stopped on the chance that they had it and they did! the dress was waiting for me there. I enjoyed our stay here and would stay again no question!

I love the hospitality and the location of this hotel. The whole staff from checking inn, restaurant, and house keeping are super friendly.

Very nice clean hotel. Would stay here again. Front desk woman initially said my orbitz checkin was only holding the room and i needed paymebt. Had to show all dialogue with orbitz and it was fixed as i had already paid.

Average business hotel with a nice Sunday brunch and good attentive service!

This is an older hotel that is still worth checking out. We have stayed here a couple of times and they always provide excellent service. The hotel has a nice pool courtyard area however for the size of hotel I think the pool is a little small. There is room service available and a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby. They have free parking and there is security that checks on the lot.
