Very disappointing

I was not informed at the time of booking or check in that there were no daily housekeeping services offered. It was only after calling the front desk in the evening to inform them that my room was not cleaned that I was informed of this policy. I understand it, but I feel this is something that should have been disclosed. It is in need of an update. The green, horizontal Venetian blinds are dated, and ineffective in blocking about the light. I do not feel that the staff did a good job in the pool of encouraging or enforcing physical distancing. It felt fairly crowded.

Why? Where's the room I paid for??

I went to check-in to the Jacuzzi room that I specifically booked for my Fiance's birthday. But was told they didnt have one for me, only a king bed standard room. So I asked if we could at least have a better room suite. But not a single other room was available. Not happy with paying $255.00 a night for a hotel that desperately needs updating in the rooms. And if a sink is stained, cracked and almost broken through, don't just use silicone and paint. Paying this amount for what you get here, ain't worth it. Especially when I didn't even receive the room I booked, a whole month in advance, and then told that it happens all time when booking through a 3rd party website.

Very Dated

Our stay was very disappointing. Our room did not have robes, the person at the pool told us to bring our own. Accessing the pool required calling ahead and getting on a wait list. Other services such as massage were completely booked and unavailable, just simply not enough staff. When we arrived at our room there was someone elses half drank bottled water in place of a new one for us. The room was very dated, the heating and cooling did not work very well and we ended up sleeping with the window open. The room felt like it had not been renovated since the late 90s of early 2000s.

Meh.

It's just okay. They've needed updates hotel, spa etc. for a very long time now (like a decade +) so I'm not impressed with the spa at all. There are way nicer day spas in Moose Jaw and Regina. I'm not sure how they get away with the prices they charge with facilities like that. The only nice part of the spa is the lounge but that's only used to wait a minute or two. Time to put some money forward to update Temple Gardens! It's sad to see it year after year get increasingly worse. The restaurant has been a lost cause for awhile now. Used to be phenomenal. We still had a great time and I'm sure you will too but if we had better options in South Sask it wouldn't even be our third choice!

Relaxing stay. Sometimes a wait to get into pool re: restrictions but super happy to be able to swim!! Nice pool. Hotel rooms a tad outdated. Chose a balcony room, would’ve been nice if the snow was shovelled off or swept off the chairs for us to be able to enjoy. Pool staff were friendly.
