I loved my stay. I checked in at 4pm and the two men were very friendly and helpful. I needed to know where a certain restaurant was and was given written directions. I always was acknowledge coming and going by your employees. I will be back and July to stay with y’all.

Mixed review - personnel good, amenities...well,ok

In general, cleanliness was good. We were aa bit disappointed that the hot tub/spa was out of order and the outdoor pool - a prime reason we chose Hilton Garden Inn, Tecport Drive, Harrisburg, PA over other options - were out of order. Liked the lobby and amenities for outside seating/meeting/get-togethers with both a smoking and non-smoking area. Bartender was particularly helpful with questions and accommodating a soccer game viewing on TV, only TV playing it was in the bar area. Front desk personnel was good and courteous.

Hotel clean. Beds comfortable. Close to highways but not any close restaurants except Ruby Tuesdays. Close to Hershey park. Just 15minutes away. Breakfast buffet was good and glad we could eat there since no restaurants close.

We spent more than other hotels in the area were charging thinking we’d get better beds. Your were old in our room and uncomfortable and resulted in achingly backs in the morning.

Wonderful staff and nice hotel. Nice indoor pool and modern Decour. The area around the hotel is not the greatest however it is safe

Clean room. Not smooth at the front desk.

Had issues checking in. They couldnt find the reservation. It took almost a half hour. Later that night our room keys stopped working. They locked us out because they made a mistake in the computer systems. Then we asked to stay a 2nd night. They said no problem. But then we ended up having to take all our stuff out of the room and back into our cars and couldnt get into a new room until after 3. Then when we came back to re-check in, more probelms, anothe 20 minutes to get checked in. And asked for another hold on the card which was already done the night before. Elevator was out of order and they put us on the 4th floor with no one to help with our luggage. Also no regulations in the pool area 10 people mostly children in the hot tub. Pool was very dirty. Once we went in, we got out in 5 minutes because of how dirty it was. Room was clean, no issues there.
