I had a very comfortable stay at the Vincci Palace Hotel. I had asked for a room with an accessible bathroom and am pleased to say that it was just that, whilst still being stylish - no mean feat! The variety of fare available at breakfast was just lovely, with something to suit even the most choosy of customers. Without doubt, though, the strength of the hotel is the staff. They were all friendly, professional and efficient, but also very welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I have to give particular mention to the team on Reception, though. Alejandro, Nuria, Tania and the rest were just wonderful. For one thing, they tolerated my attempts at using Spanish with humour and understanding - even when Spanish became Spanglish! In addition, I have mobility difficulties and had hired a mobility scooter for my stay but needed help to get this in and out of the building each day via the - very discreet but efficient - lift. Despite being busy, the staff were always ready to help with this task and went out of their way to make me feel that it was not an inconvenience in any way. A special mention too for Nuria who helped me to book an antigen test at a clinic in the city and then provided me with a map and directions to make sure I was able to find my way easily. The location, very close to the Ciutat Vella, is just minutes away from all the charms of this beautiful city, so could not be more convenient. All in all - excellent!

Tired.

The hotel rooms are dark dingy and small.It is all rather dated.I had a balcony but you can’t use it as it’s blocked off.There is a roof terrace (very small) no bar,two sun beds and two tables and chairs. It’s obviously not cleaned much as I went up there and found a glass and empty bottle ,it was still there two days later.Staff were friendly but I would not stay again.

Warning - rooms without windows!

Booked a double room at a high floor with a nice view; but got a room without a proper window!!! After lots of discussion; I was offered a room at another hotel and had to walk 15 min in the late evening and heat to that place - that luckily was very nice!

Average 4 star hotel, nothing special

Extremely noisy unless all windows are closed. There are better locations. Staff seem not to Inter communicate. We extended all the same. It’s not a bad hotel, certainly much better in the city. Not an ideal location. We’re not provided the big patio promised.

Very enjoyable stay!

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The entire property is very nice, modern and well maintained. The location is great for getting to all of the interesting places in Valencia.

Magical Valencia

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Kind and helpful staff. Cleanliness was very good. Our room was quiet and were able to get a good night sleep. Mattresses were super comfy as well pillows. Highly recommend!
