I go to this establishment about once a month and if i have ever had any issues mangement has always handled it right away.

Stay Somewhere Else if you can afford it!!

I needed to stay here for a couple days due to being kicked out of my home…it was comfortable, however the light in the bathroom was out. The bed was extremely squeaky and had a ton of hair in the bed itself. Not sure if the sheets were washed from the last guest. The shower was amazing but due to lack of lighting, the doors being and there wasn’t a non slip mat to go down, it was not as great as I expected. The toilet was NOT cleaned, they must have forgotten the toilet needed to be clean on the top and bottom!! Other than those significant things, my stay was quiet.

One hour and a half checking in while being screamed and swore at at the “front desk” staff and by the manager over a telephone and microphone - no kidding, how could I make that up - due to Expedia not sending in our reservation correctly. Expedia doing nothing to help the process, taking three representatives and far longer than it should have taken to fix a relatively simple problem. Can’t decide who was worse, but won’t be using Expedia ever again and suggest you do not either.

I walked in my room. I always check for bed bugs first thing.. while checking, I lifted up the sheets to one of the beds, there was blood on the mattress and box springs. The other bed had blood and pee on the mattress pad and sheets. I go into the bathroom, there was pee on bottom of the toilet and back of the toilet. I took many pictures and asked for a refund, they declined. This hotel is very nasty, dirty and I am shocked that they’re able to stay open being that there was blood all over the beds. Mirrors weren’t cleaned, something was smeared on them, looked like finger smears. Found a dead bed bug, food crust in microwave, fridge and the wall beside fridge. Smelled like fabuloso in halls so strong yet walls were disgusting. The pictures were false. Not a hotel, it’s a run down, disgusting motel. What’s worse, I had all 3 of my children (ages 10, 9, and 5) who couldn’t even sit on the bed because they were sick to there stomach seeing all that blood and urine. Again, I have many pictures of this property and the room and I left minutes after I checked into my room, I didn’t even stay there after seeing what we saw and they again, decline to give me my refund.
