SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Portland East

Charged me more than the deal on hotels.com quoted me. The lady at the counter was rude as well.

I paid with my card they said there would be a deposit upon arrivial what they didnt say was that if you paid with your debit card the deposit had to come off your debit card so i was not able to get my room after having drove 1300 miles i only had cash on me

Finest crack hotel in Portland. Are you looking for q dirty room surrounded by seedy people and rude staff? Look no further. Room was dirty including dirt you could visibly see on the bathroom wall. Asking for help from staff was like pulling teeth.

Very nice comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay and the air conditioner really helped. The only thing that could have been better was no fault of the hotel, but people coming and going at all hours of the night felt the need to slam their doors shut so was hard to sleep at times

Clean. Easy check-in. Polite service. A few things were missing from the room, but they quickly fixed that. A little loud (sirens going past on the road, neighbors, the fridge was rattling) nothing we couldn't handle. Good night's sleep.

It is a good Clean well run hotel. Good plumbing, friendly helpful staff.

Room is nice and big. Bathroom is on the very small size but is ok considering the good size of the room itself. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is my second stay at this location and will be staying here again.

The room was typical for the price. Nothing extra or fancy. Because of covid restrictions, it was sad no breakfast was available. Nice having cable tv, except the one station I was interested in had frozen pixaly picture but the sound was there.

You get what you pay for. Not a bad place, but they need a remodel. Bring your own TP (there's is like sandpaper)!

Excellent customer service but the hotel did not make clear that there were not serving breakfast due to COVID-19. Also the carpet on the hallway had an unpleasant odor.
