Comfort Suites North

Check in was easy and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways were very clean. In the room there was a part of the wall that had been repaired but not painted. White drywall plaster was left on a reddish brown wall. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Worked well for a one night stay on a road trip.

I booked through Hotels.com and set up to pay at the hotel because it was for multi nights and I was not sure we could stay that long. I checked the rates on line at the Comfort Inn website and they were the same price. Upon arrival their systems were down. It was cold and snow outside. I gave them a CC and copy of my DL so they could charge me when the system came back up and we could get inside where it was warm. We came up to visit family after a loss as this Christmas would not be the same. we reserved from 12/25-12/29 but left on 12/28 as everyone headed back to work. Upon check out the manager on site refused to discuss charges with me because their systems were down and he ranted that hotels.com charged them a fee for each reservation and that I should not use a 3rd party booking if I expected help from the hotel. I have spoken with Hotels.com and my CC provider BoA. Hotels.com. and BoA both said they would help but Hotels.com said since I use them for so many reservations over the last few yrs they would give me a credit equal to 1 night stay and we can all move on. I accepted their offer. We will never stay at this Comfort Suites again. With family in the area we travel there often enough that the greedy Comfort Suites Inn keeper will miss out on several nights and lots of dollars. Thanks to Hotels.com for stepping up and making this an easy fix. Most Hotels honor this but this one refuses to do so.

We stayed for four nights the hotel is very clean has everything you need. Parking isn’t so crowded and close to the entrance. The customer service here is outstanding!! The front desk clerks/ receptionist are so so kind, helpful and very welcoming!! They definitely make you feel comfortable and help with anything they can. We have 3 kids so it was helpful that they put us at the end of the hall with only one neighbor. Didn’t have to worry about bothering any other guests. It’s in a great area where you can find just about anything nearby. I will definitely be staying here again anytime we are back in Knoxville visiting.

Very nice hotel. We were there for 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and kind.

The lady that was working when we checked in around 4pm on Oct 31, 2020 was the Best! Very professional and friendly. I will definitely stay at Comfort Suites again. Nice clean room as well.

The service was great and the best breakfast served of any other places since COVID season in March.

the hotel itself was good, one gentleman who checked us in was not too friendly or pleasant. the room was fine. was not happy with the breakfast. hot food was just warm not hot.not of a variety.

Most importantly the room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Believe me I turned on every light and looked it over after a disappointing stay at a different chain. Kudos to the staff for friendliness.
