Kaanapali Beach Club Resort by Diamond Resorts

They are clean and throughout the day at at the end of the day they are constantly sanitizing everything.sanitizer is placed inside and outside of the elevators and throughout the property.

It was a beautiful place to stay and will be going back for sure!

Great stay, excellent location, clean property, good sized rooms and bathrooms! Also, the beds were very comfortable!

Parking is included with daily resort. However, we had a great trip. Everything was clean, staff very pleasant. Housekeeping was not done daily due to Covid, which I was pleased. However, if I needed towels, coffee, or anything, housekeeping responded right away. Definitely will stay here again. Pool, beach great.

It was great. The staff was super friendly and the valet and bell men were nice and kind.

We absolutely loved this resort and look forward to returning here next year with our entire family. Beautiful location, friendly service, spacious rooms, we really loved every moment of our time here.

We tried to extend one more night on our wedding day and the property doubled our rate for a one night stay no they don’t care about the customer or trying to work out the situation your just a number and a dollar period.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff even during Covid times.

We had to switch to a new hotel for the last 2 nights of our vacation and the conditions were subpar to say the least so we were luckily able to cancel that reservation and had to find something last minute in the area. The Kaanapali happened to have a room at an amazing price so we jumped on it and were so glad we did. The room was spotless, updated, and had all the comforts we needed for our family and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. The beach isn’t the greatest but the pool area is fantastic and provided hours of fun for our kids. Our experience there far surpassed the one we had at a well known, more expensive hotel down the beach. Glad to have discovered this place.

The pool and lounge area is very beautiful! There is a path right to the beach. The staff is very friendly and ready to help when needed. They took great steps to ensure you felt Covid safe.
