Sleep Inn Chattanooga

The guy that checked is in was very friendly, as was the guy who checked us out. The room looked clean. It was a comfortable overnight stay. The downsides were, the bathroom and shower were small, the sliding bathroom door wasn't great, and the beds were small. The a/c also made a noise. It wasn't so bad though. I would stay there again.

For the price I more than likely would stay again. The beds were comfortable and the property was in a great location.But the elevator has a musty smell,it was extremely hard to get our bathroom door closed all the way(pocket door),no continental breakfast and lastly and most importantly the cleaning staff that cleaned our room was terrible. All they did was replace the coffee that was used in the room. Did not make the beds, replace used towels/pick up dirty ones out of the floor,wipe down the sink or vacuum. In others words your room doesn’t get cleaned while you are there. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t clean your room. All in all it was an okay stay but disappointing.

We have stayed in other Sleep Inns, so this one was not as well kept. The staff was friendly and the room initially appeared clean, but there were hairs in the shower. A pillowcase was stained and the floor could have benefited from a better vacuum. The worst of it was someone knocking at our door around 1am. It disrupted our sleep, making us very exhausted (and scared).

After a long day traveling, i decided to get some rest in Chattanooga TN. Sleep Inn I have stayed previously. The rates are reasonable; and the environment is perfect for peaceful sleep. Checkin was fast and front desk was very courteous.

It was quick and clean. No breakfast, but they did have coffee in the morning. Our room was clean and I felt very safe in that environment.

Not happy experience! Have stayed here before and never have I experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism!

Beds are small, shower was weird and dirty. My son turned on the microwave and if I hadn’t unplugged it it would have caught fire, It was empty, he’s 2. Floor felt wet, comforters felt a little damp too. It was fine for just passing through one night. Wouldn’t stay for more than that.

Room was fine, a little small but doable. If you are just staying for a night it works well. More than 1 night and it is a little tough.

This was the second time for me and my wife to stay at this Hotel, let's just say, it was better the first time around.

The staff was friendly anf the room was clean. The website advertises breakfast. During this pandemic, most hotels I have visited have made substitutes to their complimentary breakfast. They did not, nor did they communicate that on their website. I expected some kind of food, at least a granola bar, but there was nothing.
