Extended Stay America Philadelphia Mt Laurel - Pacilli Place

It was very nice, the young Lady at the front desk was especially kind and very helpful. All the staff was excellent. I would recommend this place to other. Thanks!!

Elevator was down had to carry luggage up 3 Flights of stairs, Garbage was in stairway hall smell room was dirty!

Animals barked in room above me ,room had nothing in it . No room service for 2 days

Extremely clean, spacious room, lots of lighting when needed. Very quiet. Clean laundry room amenities

I left my iPad there and used find my iPhone it says it’s in the hotel and my iPad was in my room the door was closed when I checked out so only person w access is someone who works there my find my iPhone said it was still at the hotel and no one has seen it I will be pressing charges and getting my property back

For it to be an extended stay you expect to have what you need to cook and use the kitchen and have enough pillows for each guest in room...

Stayed for the weekend, not very nice looking, very old looking

My fam and I booked 2 rooms bc we were displaced from our home by the bad storm, so we decided to stay here since it’s close to hubby and son’s jobs in Cherry Hill. I was pleased with everything...staff and all. I’m an ocd/germophobe and the place was good enough for me....and I’m EXTREMELY picky about where I stay. It was clean, quiet, and close to everything the fam and I needed. Every staff member I dealt with were polite, helpful, and attentive.

Room was very clean! Also so comfortable!
