Boutique Hotel Palacio

the hotel is historic and beautiful, comfortable and clean. loved the courtyards, because of curfew we ordered delivery serving native cuisine and ate in the courtyard. breakfast was delicious ! staff friendly and giving vip service the bartender ran down the road to buy us a bottle of brugal rum . quaint and full of history part of town, upscale street vendors not pushy .

Wonderful, congenital staff, excellent location, excellent value for money. My only issue was with the water from the showers-it always took me a long time to get the right temperature right.

Buena localidad serca de todo area segura edificio viejo pero en muy buenas condiciones pocas comodidades pero tiene lo basico edeicios bonitos tres creo la pisina nada que ber las fotos mienten muchos lugares para comer. En area ya que el restaurante esta cerrado creo que solo habren para desallunar el bar esta bien personal capasitado lastima que me toco estar en toque de queda x el momento no hay vida nocturna pero de dia se hace todo casi con normalidad bolberia a quedarme con ellos

Always a pleasure to stay in this excellent hotel. Everything is efficient and well run. Staff friendly and helpful. Always get a good price. I needed an extra night, no negotiating rates, they extended my stay at the same rate. Extra plus, parking at the hotel, which is a real bonus in Zona Colonial.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the Colonial Zone in Santo Domingo. It’s literally walking distance to all the tourist attractions in the area and all the popular bar/restaurants, however, we mostly ventured outside of La Zona Colonial to eat. There is a supermarket 1 block away and many smaller shops for snacks and juices. The staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served hot and buffet style each morning. There was enough variety that everyone can stay happy. Although breakfast it’s called continental, it is definitely a bit hardier than that. Having read other reviews we requested a room not on the first floor and away from the elevator/stairs. Our 2 week long stay was great. For granted our stay was during the early opening after closure due to the pandemic, I would imagine even during high season the hotel is pretty much kept the same. We love the hotel and will definitely come back in the future.

This is a first class hotel. It in the best part of historical district and there is supermarket two blocks from property. Breakfast was included and there is a beautiful pool on the fourth floor.

Unfortunately due to a rain storm the day before we didn’t get to use the pool, but the hotel was lovely. Yummy breakfast and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend, the area is close to a lovely colonial part of Santo Domingo as well

The gentleman who helped us in was fantastic! Brought our bags up to the room and explained the air conditioning.. we landed quite late and he was so welcoming
