Oceans Two Resort

Worst hotel ever, they had parties both night that I stayed there, and we couldn’t sleep anything because of the noise, I called reception and know one was there, I don’t recommend to stay at this place. Sure it have good views but if you want to stay with you family I don’t recommend going to this place

This is a beautiful property with great views. Toucans by the pool. Monkeys in the trees. Really nice restaurant. You can walk down to a beach nearby but the beaches in the national park are far nicer.

Beautiful, calm, relaxing, luxurious property with incredible ocean views from the room and the pool and restaurant. Had a terrific grilled rib eye dinner at El Lagarto (the best steak during our trip and we ate steak many times) and although the view was nice, it did not beat the incredible views we had at La Mansion Inn of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio beach. Saw many white faced monkeys hanging out all over the property and lots of geckos at night. There is a wonderful secluded beach just a 7 to 10 minute walk from the hotel… We loved it. Would absolutely stay at Le Mansion Inn on our next trip…

Good stuff: Mostly friendly staff Amazing views Decent food for breakfast and dinner Big room and balcony Bad stuff: Slightly lower quality than expected Dated aspects of room like yellow-ing toilet bath, hot tub didn't work (and wasn't fixed despite asking), cracks in corners, lightbulb hanging out of ceiling Room felt a bit sparce WiFi signal from room was terrible, wasn't fixed despite asking and they seemed very reluctant to offer us a different room (hotel want even full) Charged service for breakfast despite it being free (they said this was a madatory government thing but we didn't get this elsewhere) Seemed to be charged service on top of items that already included service at final bill Reception staff seemed a bit uptight I'm fortunate enough to be a hotels.com gold member, and this hotel advertised a free upgrade and VIP check in. Didn't seem to receive either of these, which was a shame as it was the main reason we booked the place. Each staff member is clearly given an American name, which feels a bit weird. Overall: a bit disappointed for what we paid, as we got luxury when we paid the same in a great place in la Fortuna. Most of the issues above were politely raised but not really acted on.

I would give this hotel a 5 star rating. Everything was great, and the staff is so incredibly nice and laid back. Excellent breakfast, nice pool & bar, and within close distance to many restaurants/beaches/activities. The hotel is a perfect size, and I never felt like it was overcrowded. We even had the pool to ourselves on numerous occasions! This is truly a unique hotel, and the staff really takes the time to get to know every guest, and it felt like they genuinely cared about the guest’s concerns. I am absolutely coming back again. UNBELIEVABLE! SO GOOD!!!! This place is a little slice of heaven. We had the most spectacular view of the beautiful South Pacific ocean and in the morning, we saw several gorgeous scarlet macaws flying around the palm trees outside our balcony. Absolutely amazing sounds of the ocean coming into our room. Alejandro opened the cave bar for us even though we arrived late, just so we could experience it. The restaurant in this place was top notch. We would come back here in a heartbeat!
