Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cookeville

Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Bathroom was not up to standard. Shower curtain and corner of bathroom walls were mildewed and bathroom door frame was rusted.

My opinion is different than others. But not worth the cost with others costing less in the area that I have stayed at. Bathroom could use brighter lighting. Lots of trash in secondary parking lot. Interstate noise is heard loud and clear when trying to sleep as well as people talking in the parking lot. The staff friendly. The bed very comfortable. Nice shower pressure and hot water

We were a late check in and everything was ready when we got there. Hotel was clean and very quiet. We always enjoy staying there.

The customer service is outstanding..... In the future when I comeback to Cookeville.... definitely I’ll stay in this hotel once again..... God Bless these people.

Everything was clean and it even smelled very clean!! Very happy with our experience!!😊👍

It was nice, no amenities because of COVID-19 was a bummer. The room was clean, limited staff members but was safe and clean.

Place was dirty my room not clean also bathroom had mold in the grout around the tub area tile floor ton of dirt build up didn’t feel room was probably sanitize so i took it on myself to sanitize it myself.

The room was nice, but it was disappointing that they didn't figure out something other than a muffin for breakfast. A "breakfast box" could have been put together for guests. I purposely picked a higher priced hotel looking for the amenities that were advertised. And the outdoor pool and gym were closed.

No breakfast even though it is still advertised; (based on covid-19) even though every restaurant in town is open. Hotel within several feet of Semi-Truck Gas Station (noise). If you stay more than night, you have to ASK for room cleaning service.

The rooms are perfect my only complaint is I called and confirmed their pool was open and they had breakfast the day before however when I arrived I was informed that they were not doing either due to Covid. Totally understandable but why would I be told to be thing on the phone and another at check in. Not happy with that at all
