You always get what you expect here. Excellent service and accommodation. Definitely comfortable

Hotel was beautiful. Beds a bit soft but was lovely, I did ask for a double bed when booking but ended up with twin beds. There was a few rally cars in the car park, they were revving and banging at 10pm at night, it eventually stopped but apart from that the stay was awesome.

Absolutely fantastic. We're staying again in December for my wife's birthday on new years eve. There's limited service for food & bar but the food is delicious. Breakfasts are served in a bag once you've made your choices. If any visitor's haven't visited the deep sea world then I'd highly recommend you do as you won't be disappointed also Andrew carnegie birthplace museum is equally as fantastic I'd recommend that you pay it a visit. Disabled parking is available at all the locations I've mentioned.

Clean and tidy as you would expect for a holiday inn. Staff were as helpful as possible under the current social distancing rules.

i was expecting a double bed but got a twin room and no cooked breakfast breakfast bag was not what I expected and didn’t eat a lot out of it it was a toffee yogurt not for me in a morning my booking said double bed and the hotel wasn't busy So I was disappointed . I realize they are being careful Through this period of time also they put me in a room on the road side not the car park side were it was quieter .

Very good service under the circumstances, hard working staff helping you get the best out of a very bad situation

All the C-19 provisions were in place, screens, masks, floor markings etc and the staff were well briefed in their role. It made for a more functional than personal stay but as it was an overnight trip for work that didn't matter too much. The food could have been better with a little more effort put in by the chef but that's minor really.

My stay was good under the virus circumstances

The staff we very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable and included breakfast. Room was very clean however the previous guest must have been smoking in the room and there was a smell of stale smoke hence the lower mark for cleanliness. This is not the fault of the hotel as the room was clean and window was open but it was too cold and we had to close it and then we could smell it more. We were only here for one night so made the staff aware on check out. Front desk apologised but as mentioned it wasn’t the hotels fault but at least they could maybe spray some deodoriser for the next guests.

Friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very nice.
