The room was cleaned but not thoroughly. Your check in time said we could check in early but theirs said 3:00. The front desk person checked us in to a room that had not been cleaned yet. A very nice cleaning person made the bed, but did not clean the bathroom thoroughly. Twice during our stay, we came back at night and our keys had been disabled!

Comfy beds, no laundry soap but had facilities. Hot tub and pool area need more attending to. Key wouldn't work to open it. I was so annoyed with no laundry soap due to this was the 2 nd hotel with none so I didn't ask for anything else. Front desk didn't answer room calls.

Not super fancy, but comfy and friendly.

Very quite! The area may not look the best but prefect access to everything without being surround with loud traffic or people. Staff was very friendly, rooms were comfy.

Check in (approx 8 pm) was Horrible! Girl at the front desk was VERY rude… made me wait at least a full 5 mins while she finished a list or task in a notebook she was writing in… maybe her homework? Plus the TV in the room did not work

Elevator out of service, they did offer help with luggage. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good too but hard boiled eggs looked petrified.

toilet broken. bathroom leak, had to change rooms. chair filthy and had to be removed. elevator broken. pool and gym closed, lobby furniture filthy, very limited food, all for 6 days. asked to cancel, but they would not allow

One issue after another

Barely had 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper when we arrived, tV did not work, someone pee’d next to the elevator that was not working. The elevator worked when we arrived so being on the third floor with 5 suitcases was no issue, but then it did not work the next two days and we had to carry our luggage down three flights of stairs by our selves. My parents both have a bad knee and hip so it was challenging.

After a family emergency, they refused to refund my money for the night I wasn't staying - but tried to get me to insist I wouldn't check in, so they could resell my room and get a double payment for it (since they wouldn't refund MY payment)! Just to spite them, I told them I 'might' show up, so they better hold my reservation.......I'm not letting them get away with double-dipping!
