We had a great time, their staff was so friendly and willing to help you in any way. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Las terrazas is a beautiful well kept place Staff is attentive and professional, it is located far from center of town but close to secret beach, my only issue was the lack / variety of food, they only have one restaurant with limited choices and not very good food we had dinner and breakfast once then decided to eat elsewhere . Pool area is nice with plenty of chairs and towels, water temperature was pleasant. Overall place is very good except for their restaurant.

the property is gorgeous and there is everything you could ever want. Food, beach front. The conceirge will help you pick out any excursions that you could want. There are free bikes and easy go cart rentals.

The staff was amazing, fantastic service. The food and drinks were delicious. The restaurant even cooked the fish we caught, excellent ceviche! The resort was pretty quiet with no entertainment or activities except the excursions you book. While the island is very underdeveloped, loved cruising around on our golf cart and seeing all the locals. Secret beach was really fun for the kids, although not like your typical Caribbean beaches. If you’re used to all inclusive vacations at a resort with lots to do and lots of food choices on site, you may be disappointed. Prepare for a simple vacation with no frills, but relaxing.

Mostly Satisfied

I was generally satisfied with Las Terrazas. That said; there were some issues, with spotty WIFI and housekeeping. The Stateside sales person was absolutely worthless and uncooperative. The GM on the property was more than great and took care of everything. Be careful of the room service charges, + the high cost of on premise food and drink.

The staff was really amazing. Bernie made super delicious cocktails and Flor made the meals we ate there really great! Need help with internet in the rooms but overall a really nice family vacation!

Good destination for no more than 2 hour flight.

The property is very pretty. The internet service in the room is not great. The Beaches are not usable because of all the seaweed due to global warming which is not the hotels fault. However, had I known that I may have gone to a different destination. I did leave my favorite bathing suit there unfortunately, they said it was not there and I’m over 100% sure I left it there. So if you accidentally leave something there you will never see it again.
