They did not allow for early check in or later check out and there was trail of ants in the bathroom but the breakfast staff was really nice.

Though the staff was very pleasant, the facility felt very unsafe as they are undergoing renovations that block off a hallway with only plastic, which was very unsafe for someone. The room smelled terrible upon arrival and the room was not properly cleaned.

Mold & Room in TOTAL Disarray Upon Arrival

This was one of the strangest hotel stays we've ever had. Upon arrival, there were bags of trash sitting outside the door to our room. When we opened the door we were greeted by what looked like a robbery had taken place. EVERY drawer and cabinet was wide open - the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms - all of them. The couch was half pulled out in the sleeper position. I'm guessing housekeeping started to clean it and left for some reason and never came back VERY strange and a bit disconcerting. I called the front desk and could never get anyone to answer. My husband went down there several times and no one was ever at the desk again when we went down. In the morning we found a LARGE amount of black mold growing under the kitchen sink. Water was luke-warm at best. A very disappointing and strange stay.

Hotel is old and being remodeled

The hotel has seen better days. It is old and being remodelled. There was nothing on the Hotels.com web site that informed me of the ongoing remodel. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The couch was super dirty and ripped. The stuffing from the couch was coming out! The rooms smelled musty. We also called before coming to confirm the pool was open and when we got there it was green and padlocked shut! We have 8 kids in total with our family. They were all looking forward to swimming. Needless to say we asked for a refund and moved on to a cleaner hotel with a pool.

The Hotel Central Air Was Out In All Of The Building Except Your Hotel Room It Was 95 And Up All Weekend Very Hot Hall Way Dining Area Elevator Etc. But The Room Was Extremely Cool..

Very disappointed. We paid extra to stay in a bigger room for my birthday. Apparently there was an issue with the sprinkler going all so all the floors were wet. Fans were everywhere and loud. You have to be careful walking down the halls with extension cords everywhere. We were tired so we just made the best of it. We got up to swim and the pool is green and chained locked. I asked the front desk about it. They didn’t care. Just felt like a big waste of $220. Room itself was run down with writing on the cabinets. I definitely wouldn’t stay here or recommend it to anyone.
