Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vestal

Front Desk is always pleasant and welcoming. Ideally located for visits to Binghamton University.

Very impressed! Rooms seem recently redone, sleek, modern, and very clean. Enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express!

The hotel staff was excellent from Kathie at check in to Ottavia who handled the morning grab and go breakfast station. The room was immaculate, this will be my new stay at place when visitng Binghamton.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds provided a good nights sleep.

We booked our stay as a family overnight so the kids could play in a pool and swim this summer before school starts. I called the hotel a few days before our stay to confirm if the pool was open, knowing Covid might affect that. I was told it is open, only the gym is closed. At check in we found out the pool was closed for maintenance but were told it would be open at 8 am the next day. We got everyone up early planning to swim 8-10 am so we could still swim then check out on time at 11. In the morning we were told the pool is still closed and it would be open at some point in the day but a manager had to look at it. We were only staying one night so that was that. Kids were super disappointed and we were frustrated at wasting the overnight. The hotel was very clean. The couch in the lobby could use a steam clean as I noticed it was stained when we were waiting during check in. Other than that the room was spotless as were the common areas. Their cleaning staff is really top notch, I’ve never seen a hotel room so clean.

It was clean but the toilet didn’t work and the sink didn’t drain. It was super late by the time we actually got in the room for the night so we just dealt with it

Mid shower the water turned off. Asked when it would come back on they said “a couple minutes “. 15 min later still in a towel with shampoo in my hair

Room was clean but check in service was bad. Pool need update and repairs.

The bed is so comfortable!! So super clean! Every time we visit our son we will be staying here!!
