The Westin Huntsville

Great place to stay!! Been hear multiple times.

Great hotel ! Easy check in/out! Very clean spacious well stocked room.

We like to stay at this Westin hotel when we come to Huntsville but we want be coming back. The upgraded us to a suite and I thought that was very nice. The room was awful. Had tape over over of the vents, the pull out bed had a dirty t shirt behind it and the bathroom had mold in the shower. I will not be back. Bye Westin.

The hotel is very nice but I did not get the room I reserved. I reserved a room with 2 beds and received one with 1 king and a sofa pull out. I did not call the front desk about it because they were busy at check in and I didn't want to wait. Overall, it was a nice stay, I just wish I had gotten the room I paid for.

The staff at the Westin went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We made a few special requests and everything was carried out great. We even got a complimentary room upgrade. Very glad to have stayed here.

The room had not been completely cleaned... One trash can had not been emptied and what appeared to be a false fingernail was under the bed, just at the edge of the bed...visible without looking under the bed. This is disconcerting because these (emptying trash and vacuuming) are simple cleaning tasks, and if these aren't done properly, can I assume the deep cleaning has been done? Also, the "masks required in common areas" did not appear to be strictly enforced.

Front desk staff during my stay was excellent and welcoming.

Shower drain was clogged. Cafe had limited food available and served moldy pastry.

Very friendly efficient service. Room was xvlean and comfortable.
