Broken latch on window so window didn’t shut properly. Unaware of this until we returned later on in the evening and hoped it wouldn’t be to much of an issue. Unfortunately it meant we were woken up on a number of occasions during the night. Receptionist in the morning asked why we didn’t point it but at that time of night and it had been a long day travelling etc we just wanted our bed. I would have thought this is something that should be on a checklist and flagged up by room service or maintenance. Not my job to maintain their hotel and no good asking us if we want to change rooms afterwards, keep the rooms maintained. We did get an apology off the second lady I told on checkout but we’ve both been shattered today so doesn’t really help.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent staff - very welcoming and helpful throughout. Probably needs carpet replacing in room 402.

The location was ideal for me. The hotel was very clean with very friendly and helpful staff.

Slight hiccup on arrival only one room booked however had my two room booking receipt with me. The staff made sure we had rooms next to each other and couldn’t been more helpful.

I liked that they had the shuttle bus to the airport every 40 minutes and the staff were all friendly and nice! The room was also very clean and new. I just didn’t feel comfortable when they knocked on the door while I put the “Don’t disturb” sign on my door. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Easy to get to from Canning Town station. check in very quick. Nice clean room, good breakfast and even gluten free toast. Staff very nice.

We were given a very warm greeting from Receptionist, Shazna with a lovely cheerful smile. Check in was straightforward. Room comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast area clean. Wide choice of food and the cooked breakfast was very tasty.

Room was too hot. Turned aircon right down still too hot. Meant to have double bed but got two singles. Breakfast very good.

Great location for canning Station and great views
