Loreto Bay Golf Resort & Spa at Baja

Hotel was good, although the restaurants and wine bar in the area close too early (around 6 pm). The hotel pool bar/restaurant stay open later. Antonio at the pool bar was nice. Room service 24 hrs, food was just okay. Needs some updating (but it is Mexico). The staff was nice. Resort is far from the malecon, $30 American round trip taxi (plus tip makes $40). Highly recommend the Coronado Island excursion.

Very bad despite the people are nice. They charge me more than I spend and sad the card will give back...... Every day I need to pay "advances"

Pretty ok

Needs some upkeep. My room was missing a painting on the wall, had to ask to get my room cleaned, lawns need serious help, patio door could barely open, jacuzzi loses water. Still happy though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Setting of the Nopolo resort is gorgeous. Services for getting to Loreto was easy ($15 taxi ride) as well as awesome Desert Expedition tours. Very peaceful place. Since it is still winter for Mexico, pool was not warm but the week we were there, it got warmer and the staff cleaned everything to make it enjoyable. Food is just ok there but there are options in a walking distance, near this lovely, pretty development, New Mexico style. It includes: Le Bistro, a Wine bar, Pedro’s place and Gastroteca Azul. We did some snorkeling, kayaking, walking on the beach and plenty of rest. Lovely séjour! Perhaps, resort can use a maintenance manager for fixing little things but it was no big deal for us. Cheers!

We went to Loreto Bay Golf resort to Golf and whale watch. I read many of the reviews so I was prepared for some inconveniences. They are low on staff, so some of that could be fixed with increasing staff. It was cold the first two nights we stayed and we had to wait quite a long time to get extra blankets. We had plenty of hot water for showers, but in my sister's room, the shower was lukewarm. The rooms weren't cleaned very well each day, but that is due to low staff. The breakfast was buffet and strted about 7:15 which is cutting it close if you have a tour starting at 7:30. The golf course was wonderful! They take you in a golf cart from the resort to the golf course with your clubs. Then you can leave your clubs at the golf course until the day you leave. It is walking distance, but with clubs it would be difficult. The cost is $189 for a week membership and $25 a day for a cart. You need to get there early to get a cart, but it is an easy walked course. (lots of sand traps) We went on a Blue whale excursion with Loreto Blue whales and that was fantastic with a wonderful lunch with Francisco. We also did a Grey whale excursion with Seakayakadventures. Their camp is beautiful on Magdalena bay. We saw many whales but none up close, which was frustrating.

El lugar es uno de los más caros de la zona cuando llegue esperaba algo mucho mejor , no le hacen mantenimiento al lugar ,se camina entre cables de electricidad con un poco de tape , no me parece seguro, toallas son medidas , tuve sin toalla de cara y toalla mediana x tres días , fui a la recepción a pedirlas y no me enviaron , la pobre chica de limpieza me dijo que me no me dan si tuviera te estaría ofreciendo, la comida calidad de 1 a 10 , puedo decir 5, opciones de ristorante no hay hay que salir del hotel, esta lejos de la ciudad de Loretto , muy cerca del aeropuerto creo que es lo único positivo.
