Nice place to stay. Dog friendly

Had four rooms on our reservation and when our guest got there they were told they only had three that were paid for. So one of my coworkers had to go down there to pay for another room. Hours later they figured out there was the fourth room and refunded her credit card. But this was a huge embarrassment to us for our guests

Business trip booked through employer. Room was horrible. Smell varied between wet dog and stale smoke. Refrigerator didn’t work. After one night asked to be switched to a different room and was informed they didn’t have any available. Hard to believe. Sucked it up for the next 4 nights and then high tailed it back to the Best Western Plus.

The stay was great. Convenient location. Extremely comfortable bed. Very clean. Staff very happy, friendly, and helpful.

It was a busy late Fri night and front desk was overwhelmed with only one staff person. First La Quinta that actually asked to see our service animals tags

The hotel was nicely kept and the room was clean. The coffee maker didn't initially work, but they said they replaced the coffee maker while we were out. No one told us.

Even with some renovations, this hotel left a lot to be desired. Carpet was filthy in hallways. Beds were uncomfortable and covered with plastic mattress covers which makes you sweat. Musty smell in the rooms and throughout the hotel.

I booked this hotel because of the free breakfast before a long drive home. But was told at check in that they didn’t serve breakfast! The hotel smelled of mold and the beds was warm out.

I booked this stay to bring my mother to St. Augustine for the beautiful Nights of Lights. I booked several days in advance, and after a 6 hour drive we arrived at our hotel to terrible news. The gentleman up front informed me that my stay had been canceled due to the card on file being declined. I explained that we were 6 hours away and didn’t have anywhere to stay. He simply responded, “we tried to call and inform you but didn’t get an answer so we went ahead and canceled your stay”. We arrived 34 minutes after the call was place and he was very unhelpful to us. What was suppose to be a wonderful getaway weekend with my mother, turned into a disaster after we were stuck searching the city for somewhere to stay late at night. We expected more.

No TV in room, hanging cables, got switched to another room, roaches in bathroom
