hotel in Terrible condition, smell bad, rooms are dirty as well as bathroom, never clean the room or bring us clean towels, the TV control no work. I do not recommended this Hotel

Terrible run down

Everything was terrible bathrooms where filthy Urine left all over the toilet I had no boys with me the beds sheets where dirty and covered in dog hair resulting in an allergic reaction with one of my children and I was unable to shower in one of the 2 rooms I purchased I will not be returning and will not recommend for future stays

Heater did not work! Snow storm in Denver and it was -5 degrees without a heater. The maintenance man came and “fixed” the heater but it worked for about 5 minutes and that was it. We had to go out and buy a space heater. Very disappointed. Also to check in we had to wait 2 extra hours after our check in time of 3 until 5 so the house keeper could clean. The room was still pretty dirty when we came in. Coffee pot and microwave were over looked and dirty. Not much of a blanket either and without a heater in a snow storm, rough experience to say the least.

Had the smell of marijuana in the halls. No coffee pot or coffee in the rooms. Could hear the people in the next room. Good thing is that if was inexpensive room.

The room smelt like urine terribly. We didn't even bring our stuff inside. When we went to the front desk and asked for another room the attendant told us we need to take what we get and he will not change our rooms. We stayed we could pay more if needed and he still wouldn't help our situation. So we asked for a refund and he rudely abliged. We still have not received our refund from them and I has been over 10 days. I am disappointed that Expedia condones hotels that conduct themselves in these manners and I am even more disappointed that they let the room photos and description s of hotels such as this suburban extended stay be posted on Expedias website when they do not properly show the rooms and conditions or the kind of hotel it is. Expedia should be doing a better job of Combing through, and checking the validity of the property photos. I would like Expedia to make things right with me due to the fact that I book through Expedia for years both personal and for my business

Staff was rude. The police was there every night. People were drinking outside the front door. They ran out of towels. The room was filthy. When we express our concerns the staff was rude and not helpful. I would. Ever stay there again nor would I recommend it.

Bad service.

Waited 15 minutes at the front desk no one showed up call the number still no one showed up. Sent to a room the key didn’t work came back key still didn’t work had to move to a different room. I requested to queen beds and received two doubles. Floor was filthy.
