Could’ve been more cleaner

Too much highway traffic noise.

Rooms and overall place was clean with friendly staff. In an upscale location. Bathroom was tiny with no nowhere to place anything.

Overall just OK. More dated than the pictures make it seem and the AC unit (right next to the bed) was louder than a 747. No mask enforcement either; we met a group of 7 in the elevator with zero masks. “Breakfast” was an overripe banana and a bottle of water. I know Covid restrictions are important but other hotels find a way to keep people say but do more than that.

The location is amazing! Within walking distance of a wonderful shopping center. The hotel staff was super... friendly and helpful. Best of all was the cleanliness. They took all the worry out of traveling during a pandemic... from the lobby to the room. You could tell extra care was taken. Elevators, tv remote in the room, masks on employees... every precaution you would hope for and some I had not thought of!

Could tell the room we stayed in was not stayed in often. The air conditioner vibrated so loud, it was quite annoying. Room was very dusty.

Both of our rooms were not on the par we had come to expect from the hotel chain, so we were surprised and disappointed. Consistency across the hotel chain is SO important!

When I arrived no one was there to check me in for 5-7 minutes. Check in was quick after that. The room was decent but there was no seal on the door to suggest we were the only ones to enter after it was cleaned. There was hair on the bed, and in the tub and the toilet seat was a little dirty and needed wiping up. In a Pandemic you want to feel as safe as possible and that things were properly cleaned and sanitized. You dont want to see anything.

The front counter guy Tito was the best very helpful.

The room was large with the tv to match. The chromecast availability helped the kids occupy their time watching their disney+ and Netflix shows. The only negative thing is the lack of food during breakfast (due to covid)
